Nottingham Road - Natal Midlands Nottingham Road is centrally located along the Midlands Meander, and is a little town full of activity. It connects the Midlands Meander via a road that leads to the N3, Mount West and Curry's Post, the R103 to Howick past Balgowan and Lidgetton, the R103 to Rosetta and Mooi River, the road to Sani Pass and Lotheni as well as the road to Fort Nottingham that connects to Dargle. Nottingham Road is one of the more well known villages in the Natal Midlands. Nottingham Road derives its name from Fort Nottingham, located 15km away. Nottingham Road has the Bow & Arrow supermarket, various banks, shops, accommodation, coffee shops and restaurants as well as a post office, garage and police station.
